Ambient Air Quality Monitoring and Testing [AAQMT]

Stack Emission Quality Monitoring and Testing [SEQMT]

Industrial air quality testing or air pollution monitoring within the premises of a factory is required to ensure that workers are not exposed to harmful gases in the workplace, including chemical, physical, and biological hazards. These hazards can affect the health of employees and may make them prone to lost man-hours thereby affecting productivity. We can reduce potential exposure risks by identifying and recognising gases and their characteristics.

Industrial processes are also a significant contributor to air pollution emissions, particularly of organic compounds, carbon monoxide, hydrocarbons, and other chemicals. Carbon monoxide has a known link to atmospheric warming.

Factories can release a variety of pollutants into the air, including toxic metals, particulates, harmful gases such as nitrogen/ sulphur oxides, methane, carbon monoxide and Fine particulate matter.

Some of the common contaminants like Sulphur Dioxide (SO2), Oxides of Nitrogen as NO2, Respirable Suspended Particulate Matter (RSPM / PM10) and Fine Particulate Matter (PM2.5) can be measured with our AAQMT systems. The monitoring of meteorological parameters such as wind speed and wind direction, relative humidity (RH) and temperature were also integrated with the monitoring of air quality.
